New Halifax County Detention Center

 Halifax County announces its intent to secure construction manager at risk services from a qualified firm for a new Halifax County Detention Center. The Request for Qualifications can be found at www.halifaxnc.com.  Interested firms are encouraged to submit their qualifications by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025. Small, female-owned, and minority firms are encouraged to submit their qualifications. Halifax County is an equal opportunity employer and service provider.
